August 6th - TEAM OUTTING ANNOUCEMENT!

TODAY IS A GREAT DAY... as we officially announce our first team outing! I'm making arrangements to secure tickets to see a taping of the Gordon Keith show on August 28th. The show tapes at the studios right in front of American Airlines, and I believe the taping starts around 8:00 pm. I've requested 8 to 10 seats, and I'd like to fill them with people in yellow DUCK Fiabetes shirts. How great would it be to get our cause on TV!

rdt8u2uylove the shirt! love the name!
don't care one bit for the ADA, think they are doing a diservice
to diabetics, but i wish you well on your walk - it is important that people are aware that this disease can strike anyone, and that
it is treatable, and not the death sentence that it used to be if it is properly managed (by eliminating those foods that cause the glucose levels to rise, not by adding more meds "to cover")
again, i wish you well & love the attitude ;)
